Welcome to the latest version of AudienceLab (V3)!

It’s been 3 years since V1—and V3 is the most powerful, streamlined version yet.

This guide includes everything you need to log in, navigate key changes, and start activating data like a pro.

🔐 How to Login / Access

You’ll receive an access email containing a personal invite link like this:

https://build.audiencelab.io/auth/sign-up?code=YOURCODE

📌 Make sure to use your unique code.

You’ll need to create a new login (use your existing credentials).

For now, you may see three platforms:

Platform	Purpose
`build.audiencelab.io`	V3 (new version)
`app.audiencelab.io`	V2 (legacy platform)
`cdp.audiencelab.io`	Customer Data Platform

✅ Audience Preview

Click “Preview” to explore and refine your audience before syncing.

🔍 Filter-Based Interface

The B2B builder is now a filter.

If you previously had access to just B2B, it will appear automatically.

📊 Intent Segments

All intent types (premade, keyword, and custom models) are now inside a single filter.

🧠 Keyword Embedding

Keywords are now scored using embedding models.

This means we measure context + semantics, not just keyword matches.

🔄 Enrichment Logic

Use AND if you want all fields matched.

Use OR if any match is acceptable.

📦 What About the Pixel?

A new V3 pixel is in testing with advanced capabilities.

Until release, you can still use and manage your pixel inside V3.

We’ve transitioned from traditional APIs toward activation via a CDP (Customer Data Platform) — the industry standard for secure, scalable data activation.

🧪 Beta Notice: AudienceSync is still under development. Bugs may exist, and new integrations are being added regularly.

You can still use V2 (app.audiencelab.io) for syncing during beta.

Please report any bugs by creating a support ticket.
